3. ORDERING
When you place an order or enquiry, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and confirm it to you. We'll always confirm the details before anything is final.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to keep pricing accurate; if we discover a genuine pricing error, we'll contact you before processing your order and you can confirm or cancel.
6. PAYMENT
Payment details are confirmed at the point of ordering. We never store your card details on this website.
7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where pricing information was incorrect, or where we're unable to obtain payment authorisation. If we decline, any payment taken is refunded in full.

9. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we've received payment in full.
10. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
