UK DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery options and charges for your order are confirmed before you commit — we'll never surprise you with fees at the last step.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery service you choose. The exact charge is always shown clearly before you pay.
DISPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. The current dispatch estimate for each product is confirmed with you at the time of ordering.

Estimated delivery windows depend on the delivery service selected. These are estimates, not guarantees, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.
TRACKING
Where a tracked service is used, we'll send you tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
IF YOU'RE NOT IN
If delivery is attempted while you're out, the courier will follow their standard process — usually a card with redelivery or collection details.
